People that fall into scam we're not forced to fall into it, there's free will about it. There's no free will in rape.

But there is no free will in getting scammed. They wanted to invest and get rewarded. No consent on being scammed here.

Again: Giving money is not a consent to being scammed, as well as dressing sexy in the public is not a consent to being raped.

Or another example: When you die in a car accident because you walked on the street you did not give consent to a car killing you, or did you?

Or you buy a knive for the kitchen. But you don't give consent to be killed by this knive.

I could drop more examples but your selective perception will render them wrong.

No. But you did not give consent to being scammed just by buying it. I know you need to feel better than people that also buy altcoins. But you will get better by getting better by yourself not by making other people bad.

Was a raped girl forced to dress sexy?

Was a person, that was killed in a car accident, forced to go out on the street?

Was snow white forced to eat the apple?

People get scammed because they didn't study or analyse things before investing, it's their responsibility. But I didn't say that the scammer is innocent, I said the scammer should not go to jail, it seems like your confusing scam with robbery they're different things. Your first comparison was rape, there's no free will to the victim of rape.

Those example makes no sense, and I never say they do. A woman dressing sexy is not a consent to rape, you're supposing I believe it or agree with it. I don't.

But when giving money to someone is consent to being scammed, then you'd have to agree on the mentioned examples. Otherwise it is what most bitcoin only plebs do: Selective perception.

No, there's difference between aggressions evolving free will and those that does not. And you also add as example a car incident, which is a totally different thing.
