GM nostr ☀️💜

Today was a very productive day. I spent time with my daughter this morning because my partner was at work. Then in the early afternoon we went for a walk and I (after more than 1 year that I was stopped due to physical problems) decided to run. I ran for 40 minutes. I'm exhausted. I love running but I had to stop more than a year ago because of problems first with my head and then with my knee. Running is a medicine. I'm tired but happy. I had forgotten this feeling. Now I'm on the couch resting and in 1 hour I'm going to work the night shift at the steel mill. It will be a very busy night but I'm glad I tried to run again. I would like to resume slowly at serious levels. Happy with me. Full speed ahead (hoping that the meniscus holds)
