Update : it hasn’t been a grind because I made it a lifestyle. Prior I would grind out a diet to just lose weight. I’d pound for a month and cut down quickly. Kind of a yearly reset for swim season.

But now, carbs are minimal. Down 25lbs and a lot of chronic inflammation issues have dwindled. More notable my daily steroid inhaler I used because my allergies would be triggered from my dog.

Clearer mind, healthier body and most of all, more energy for my toddler.

25 lbs! LFG 🔥🔥

Congrats!!!

Thank you. It’s amazing as humans when we know what we have to do but just don’t. Especially when it comes to food.

I appreciated the kick in the ass. 🫡

Haha anytime, it's what friends do. What's wealth without health? Cheers!

Congrats on the lifestyle change. I’m 9 months into my conversion and lost about 30 lbs at the peak. I’ve relaxed a little in the last two months. I’m still avoiding carbs, but eating some fruit, and a sweet treat here and there. I’ve also been hitting the gym more as well so can’t say all the gain is from changing diet. All in all I put 5 lbs back on. So I’m still down 25 lbs. Keep up the good work my friend. 🤙🏻

Sustainability is the key. I cheat at times but won’t go back.

Living with others, sometimes you have to cave and enjoy a sweet treat. I’m rock solid during the week, but for some reason, my family gets the urge to cook brownies and cakes on the weekends. It’s a test of willpower.😂😂😂

For real. Week days I’m solid. Weekends I gotta love life a bit. 😜
