Seriously!? Best is getting a really good sear on the outside, a nice crispy crusty sear and then the tiniest rim of medium well, think like 2mm, into medium rare and then a rare core.

The thicker cuts did come out better now that I think about it
I’ve heard many air friers saturate foods in toxic heavy metals. Would look into it.
