Yes

just no Maillard reaction

Yeah it’s pretty convenient and tastes good

Assuming it won’t get crusty?

What do you mean by crusty? Lol I’ve never had a crusty steak

Seriously!? Best is getting a really good sear on the outside, a nice crispy crusty sear and then the tiniest rim of medium well, think like 2mm, into medium rare and then a rare core.

Works best with a thick strip. This was my last photographed attempt.

The thicker cuts did come out better now that I think about it

Yeah you probably have to cook it yourself for that unless you find the optimal time and temperature. Make sure the air fryer is using glass. Teflon is very bad for you.

Good to know!

Bro, you havent got long, you need to delete this note bro.

😂

I’ve heard many air friers saturate foods in toxic heavy metals. Would look into it.

Good to know. Will definitely look into that!

Yes, great hack for when you're in a hurry

sure, it's good enough. fries are way better

Yeah, I’m probably not going to attempt this with steak.

No, no.. you should. Just don't do it to a really expensive steak. Unless you like it after trying it. It's not for everyone.

Makes sense. Yes, would not chuck Wagyu in there! Would chuck chuck.
