Today I learned about ‘btrfs balance’, a command that does things I don’t wanna know about yet that I’m supposed to run periodically and that is I/O-intensive.
That reminded me of ‘defrag’ on MS-DOS.
Bcachefs seems promising. Let's hope for the best.
