Almost sold an old kid's playground for Bitcoin, but last minute the guy figured out he cannot access his BTC because he needs his Ledger. He offered ETH instead 🤮 (I guess these were in custodial wallet), took cash in the end and bought BTC with it.
You did the right thing just taking cash and buying corn with it. Much better not to deal in shitcoins if possible.
