Why do you think that they don't like it? I'm sure that the Swiss Central bank would be very happy if they could buy and hold officially and directly some BTC. The Swiss Franc is super strong and often they are "forced" to make it not too attractive as an investment, not to impact too much the Swiss industries with a Swiss Franc that is getting stronger than all other fiat (still there is some inflation due to this kind of price control but usually much lower than US and EURO zone.
