you can do polls on nostr. "Every 4 years the quorum issues a popular vote election and the top N are selected as the new council" This is a biblical time for nostr. If you hold elections every four months, perhaps it would be more humane. Which frost are you referring to? I thought it created a single key. you can probably use nip-29
