Any tips from the Peat crowd on for sticking to the principles while traveling? I’m new and find it hard enough to get the food I need but seems even more challenging when traveling for work #peatstr #asknostr

I just revert back to nostr:nprofile1qqs27annlvyatx8tvvnje4lxc8gkzsp3eh7qsnzxpaw4fxlrxhw8vvqpp3mhxue69uhkyunz9e5k7qg4waehxw309ajkgetw9ehx7um5wghxcctwvsat7r62 animal based eating: grass fed ground beef + fruit. Usually go to whatever grocery I can find and build up from there.

I always pack beef jerky and dates while traveling. Hard boiled eggs occasionally too (eat in large spaces so not to stink up the place lol).

Aside from food, I always prepare to fast if needed. I pack lots of magnesium capsules in a bag, alongside other capsules like potassium citrate or essential minerals/salts for hydration.

I also always bring my Grayl water bottle to filter.

Milk, chomps beef jerky, orange juice, steaks and potatoes at restaurants, cheese sticks, even sodas for extra sugar on flights
