The one on the left has no inoculant, while the one on the right has a little juice from a previous batch that descended from a storebought brand.

I think it will! When comparing no inoculation vs. storebought inoculant they did taste different; no inoculant was even tastier. But Iโ€™ve never compared no inoculant vs. daughter of storebought inoculant.
