I think it will! When comparing no inoculation vs. storebought inoculant they did taste different; no inoculant was even tastier. But I’ve never compared no inoculant vs. daughter of storebought inoculant.

You've inspired me to start a batch this weekend. I think Ill do one with Jalapeno (since I dont have access to hatch man I miss living in Texas) and one will be plain.
