sauna: legit health benefits or overhyped?
ive been doing 3 sessions of 10-15 minutes a day. i enjoy it but curious to hear what the wisdom of the internet has to say

trust me bro. 60 minutes, literally testo. 61 mintutes, you die of dehydration 😹
I usually do 20 minutes 3-4x/week. Sit out enough to regulate temperature, then hit the cold plunge for 5-8 minutes.
