Why would that make any difference?

Im not sure it would or wouldn't. If URSF was the case we would both have two coins on our respective chains?

I expect that once the split happens its very unlikely they merge back wiping out cores chain (from less hashrate or core URSFing).

Why not just do my proposed bet since he's so confident?

URSF wouldn’t make a difference.

>Why not just do my proposed bet

Probably because you won’t follow through on it.

If you lock up the coins now no one can back out later.

If the chain permanently splits because core URSFs in response- he would be able to still access his tap tree on that chain. So he would have two core coins and I would be able to access the knots coins a month later.

I would follow through- even though I can just dump my shitcoin core version of bitcoin on an exchange for the monetary knots version. Might even get a pretty premium for them amid the chaos.

He's also framing these bets/markets on an extremely short time frame because he thinks it boosts his odds compared to a longer time frame.

Stop weaseling out and make a counter-proposal then.

I did. Trade 1 bitcoin worth on respective chains at market value immediately after chain split.

🙄

Put up or fork off, we do this on chain trustlessly.

Seems like you just want the bail-out of a URSF if core clearly loses so you dont get totally wiped out (you'd still maintain access with your tap trees to the core chain).

You frame these bets in a short term bias manner so you can talk shit online lol.

Ill be dumping my core chain bags for knots bags once we split. If you want in on that lmk we can work it out.

Low conviction coward.

This is great. Please continue telling us how full of shit you are.
