Thinking about what they may cash out, never caring about what this makes of them. Once a shitcoiner, always a liability.
Worst thing is some of them will outright tell you they're doing that without an ounce of shame.
That is not necessarily a criticism, its a sign of their belief in altcoins.
I know an altcoiner that uses alts waves to stack sats. Granted, this may not be effective for everyone and you're more likely to lose your shirt but you can do the same thing trading stocks, monkey gifs or real estate.
