I think the biggest problem these days is the ultra-processed foods like you described. In the supermarket you almost only get this crap, which is really bad for your health and causes a lot of problems. The reason why pure steak helps you is that it is usually not ultra-processed. This means that a freshly prepared salad would help you in a similar way to the steak. Combine the two together and you have almost everything your body needs.

The other foods I ate were single ingredient too. I have tried both vegetarian and keto/carnivore diet and even vegetarian keto for a very short time due to the joint problems it caused. Ultra-processed food is really terrible, but the way I feel on steak, I have never felt on anything else.
