Learn what you can do without a government's permission (like private membership associations).

Learn how to beat them at their own rules in court without a lawyer. Suing people/corporations who stomp on your rights costs them time & money, including officials who act without jurisdiction (which is most of the time) because they must pay for their own lawyer.

Build a local parallel system (community + cash/Bitcoin/barter) and start using it.

Do things that divest them of money with their public-private partnerships (like getting healthy to avoid doctors and/or utilize those that don't fund the system).
