Identify teams as sets of profiles with lightning addresses, and have a transparent smart contract in place that automatically distributes sats donated to that contract evenly to all profiles within that set. What would seem concerning is when that distribution is uneven. If certain members actually do less than others, the uneven breakdown of rewards would lead to the potential for corruption.

If the distribution needs to be uneven, then enabling zaps directly to the individual profile developer would seem to be the most fair distribution mechanism.
