You can't be an anarchist and believe in ownership of land property at the same time. Its as stupid as being an anarchocommunist, whatever that means. Land is a natural commons and therefore can only be held by force.

interesting take. anarchy does not preclude private property
It doesn't preclude private property in that if you can defend private property yourself nobody can stop you from having it. But practically speaking, nobody can defend private property themselves. Only groups and organizations can do so. I'd say that groups and organizations that would secure private property for themselves qualify as states, and are free to rent their property to others, which leaves us with what we have now, and most certainly not anarchy.
