Hmm maybe light and sunlight is more important for optimal health than most understand 🤔

Saw a recent study talking about people who smoke cigarette's in the sunshine are less likely to develope cancer than people with little to no sunlight exposure. And no I'm not suggesting any of us smoke ;)

I am 😉 Ciggy and coffee in the morning sun is sexual

I miss the cigs but not the cough!

I must be some sort of gremlin, I've been smoking for 10 years but I haven't got a smoker's cough yet. She's coming though 😂

I believe it. So many retards fear the sun and avoid any time exposed to it.

One of the biggest epiphanies I’ve had (and I’ve had many). So much so that I’m moving further south so I’m not without UV exposure for half the year.

Great call. If you have northern latitude maternal heritage and white skin, getting cold exposure in the winter (or anytime) helps your mitochondria make UVC light internally.

Interesting. I prefer to live somewhere that has cold / snowy winters and substantially more sun (year round) that is near or below the 37th parallel. Right now I live in western Washington and it’s abysmal for sun exposure other than June-September. Just not enough.

Cloudy days are still great for red & IR spectrums 🙂 much healthier and brighter LUX levels than indoors

Pseudo science mumbo jumbo

The iron center of hemoglobin can carry Oxygen with high affinity.

wtf does chlorophyll do?

Iron can only bind oxygen when it’s in the ferrous (Fe²⁺) state. If it gets oxidized to ferric (Fe³⁺), that’s methemoglobin — and it can’t carry oxygen at all

It’s fkn human hemoglobin yea it carries oxygen. It literally makes our blood red.

wtf who hurt you??
