You'd need to add all paid and WoT relays, but yes it is.
The free relays, which most people will onboard with, they make the clients pretty unusable.
Every note gets attacked by bots making replies tab useless

It’s odd, but I see it online on Damus. However it remains offline on Primal
I noticed this with a few relays on Primal. They’ll appear red on there but green and connected on other clients. I wonder if they’re blocking connection to certain relays?
could someone maintain a list of WoT relays so we could add them whenever a new one comes out? Maybe on the GitHub page?
