I gave up on braiins. They were straight robbing me.
Why robbing ?
I ran bunch of S19j pros using their OS and in their pool, the scoring HR was like 25% lower than a stock S19j pro. When I asked them about this and showed their support the data, they blocked me from the telegram chat line.
I created a new telegram account, tried to access support again, thinking it was accidental, then they blocked my second account.
Have you tried to reach them out via email ?
It was over a year ago, I had emails back and forth and even spoke with one of their support members on a web conf. After some troubleshooting and no luck, the blocked me. After they blocked me the second time, I just decided it wasn't worth any more of my time.
It was sad because I really liked their OS and dashboard. I had several personal friends who had great experience with them, but that wasn't the case for me.
