Anyone can give me some tips how to use nostr effectively? I noticed things I posted in amethyst does not appear in iris.to and snort, and what I post in iris.to does not always appear in snort and amethyst. I think it has to do with the relays. Any good guide for a happy nostrich life?

I bullish on nostr but as a non-techie, it's so hard to get help and support. Eg: I cannot find any way to put in relay server in primal.net. I ask on Nostr, on Primal.net account on Nostr, on twitter... everywhere is just silence.
