Once I had an idea for a food truck Iād run when Iām retired called Breakfast For Lunch.
It would only be open from 11-2 pm on weekdays and only serve pancakes, waffles, bacon egg ān cheese sandwiches and breakfast burritos.
Get that gluten outta here.
