Working against ordinary compassionate citizens is immoral and goes against everything America represents. Not sure how these people sleep at night. To play devils advocate, it’s probably a hard predicament working for FEMA having a cushy job, maybe a family and you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. However there are certain times that call for courage to stand on your hind legs and howl.
