Wasn't Peter Schiff's dad put in prison for tax evasion? They must have penalties written somewhere on which they proceed.
They apply penalties that don't apply, courtesy of lying prosecutors and ignorant juries. Irwin Schiff was a courageous man, not legally well informed or defended, who was made a political scapegoat.🤬
Typically worst is a misdimeanor charge of "Willful failure to file."
