26USC6011 seems to require normies to file

but I don't see how it can be enforced unless you take some action to confirm your non-compliance

But I don't see criminal penalties for failure to comply

Wasn't Peter Schiff's dad put in prison for tax evasion? They must have penalties written somewhere on which they proceed.

They apply penalties that don't apply, courtesy of lying prosecutors and ignorant juries. Irwin Schiff was a courageous man, not legally well informed or defended, who was made a political scapegoat.🤬

Palmer … my old foe. Would you like to submit to the battle of wits or shall we dance? 🤣🤣🤣

Typically worst is a misdimeanor charge of "Willful failure to file."

*misdemeanor

Miss Demean Her

Are you the same asshole that is actually a lawyer in Texas and then I prove to use some of your own law and then you came back and said “oh well I didn’t know that past”

Passed or past is what?

Thank you. 26USC7203 (seemingly) establishes that misdemeanor. I don't know why it wasn't coming up in searches for me before.

"Seems" is indeed the operative word. Statutory "law" is an Alice In Wonderland, deliberately deceptive world of smoke and mirrors designed to fool the public into "voluntary compliance."

FFS 🤦🏻‍♀️
