Censorship is a very serious issue with AI, not just with Chinese models but with AI as a whole. AI models from the West are equally, if not more, censored or manipulated.

I asked this to deepseek r1 via API through ppq.ai and it gave me the correct answer. So their UI might sensor but not on an api level, atleast not as much. It even explained the Winnie the Pooh Meme.
