Crazy the spam bots figured out how to take over a hastag and ruin it. Will this be nostr's downfall?

Any way to stop it besides stop following said hastags?

Following this: they’re generating new nouns for each note. Hitting what should be a useful tag (hashtag asknostr). How do I stop the bot?
