My dream last night:

My wife and I are driving a car across what seems like an airport tarmac. Something is going on and aircraft are crashing into each other, staying sort of mixed together and floating down and crashing. Many dozens and dozens of these crashes, and we're driving out and away and know something must be going on, but we have no access to information beyond what we're seeing. Eventually, we make it to some kind of hillside compound that is mostly outdoors with lots of other people. My son is there. He's small still, young like he is today but slightly matured. Maybe this is next year or the following? He and I are laying on blankets near the compound and watching the sky. Then we find ourselves on a boat out on the water near the compound and we're witnessing enormous ships rising out of the water and ascending into the sky. The ships start off as they rise looking like true mechanical sci-fi space ships, but then they begin to glow and shine kaleidoscopically and reconfigure themselves into folding cubes collapsing down onto themselves but not diminishing really. Infinitely folding kaleidoscopic cube ships floating in the sky. I wake up.
