Bitcoin is the ruler?
IMHO it is not yet.
It will be the ruler if the soldiers, police man and other armed forces get their salaries in BTC.
Then the law enforcement will provide that BTC will be the true ruler

You misunderstand me. That is the ruler who owns the enforcement, isn't it? It is the state. So if the enforcement organisations will be paid in BTC, this means, that the state accepted the crypto, and won't be any enforcement against it. Therefore the BTC will be the ruler.
You misunderstood me. I meant ruler like standard for measuring against. As in stop thinking in x/USD and start thinking in x/BTC. Profit in USD is not profit if you have less BTC because of it.
Ok, that's clear. But you have to measure anything against USD until others measures the goods and merchanizes against it. So if you wanna BTC will be the ruler, you have to turn others to beleive that they sell and buy everything for the price fixed in BTC, not USD. But everybody beleive the state therefore in the USD or EUR. And why the people believe the state? Because the state has the power. And power means the enforcement capability. This provides that the economical, social, cultural base is stable. So you have to "force" the state to believe the BTC. Or you have to provide a proof that the pices fixed in BTC is stable. You have to give this proof for everybody. One by one and all over the World. BTW: including the enforcement organizations too. That organizations provides the power to the state. So if the vast majority of the enforcement organizations believe that they can spend they salary for BTC and the price of goods will be fixed in BTC, this means the state has only the power if the state owns the enforcement organization at stable base. And finally the BTC will be the only "tool" to use the power. On the other hand if there are no states the other side is anarchy.
Conclusion: if the BTC means the economical (ans social, cultural) power, than the BTC will be the ruler, undebately by anyone.

I think you are clear. You are a much much stronger believer in the power of institutions than I am. As long as that fundamental assumption is different, we won't agree.
It is only my experience, that the institution won't not give up it's power easily. When bitcoin came out i was excited too. And I believed Tim May's Crypto-anarchist manifesto⚡, despite of it is very similar to Marx-Engels' Communists manifesto.
Back on topic, I agree with you that we won't agree 🙂
But if you will have a better scenario, what makes bitcoin ruler, please let me know amongst the first. Seriously! 🤙

It isn't even really about crypto or blockchain. All governments rule by consent of the governed. Always. Rational Anarchy is the real belief system everyone lives by. If the government had true power no one would speed or do illegal drugs. Distributed and determined attacks are very hard to stop even for large militaries. This is a lesson the US government refuses to learn and it keeps causing them to lose wars.
I want! you will be right. I'm also not the fan of these type of establishment, but I've tried to be rational. The disrupting technologies can weaken the centralized power, but it takes long time to bring real changes. On the other hand the real anarchy doesn't exist.
