I quarter it and then peel the skin off. It’s a 3 napkin cleanup 😂
My mother in law taught me the best way to do this and I make zero messes. You need a knife and a spoon.
Slice in half.
Twist.
Use spoon or knife to take out pit.
I hit the knife into the pit and twist.
I then use the spoon to scoop out the avocado.
Then throw away the pit and two piece of skin.
Zero mess.

This is the way.
I slice it /cube it before spooning it out.
And if I don’t have the whole avo, I keep the pit in, helps less oxidation.
