Is there a different name for high end food dehydrators?

Does it dehydrate high end foods only? Or its a high end dehydrator? 🤔

I have a nesco & a snackmaster, both work well, but I think Excalibur is high end brand.

I’ve got 2 nescos already…. This one is big tho… like a 10 rack I think

probably Excalibur, unless there's a commercial brand I'm unaware of.

What's your main use?

We dehydrate pretty much everything we can’t use fresh.

Would probably start making jerky if I had a bigger/better one then my 2 nescos

What are your favorites?

Mushroom/onions

Celery/carrots

Doing my own spices is fun
