This has been my 14th year of going Plant Based ( #vegan ).

I actually quit cold turkey (pun) on Thanksgiving Day. I was tired of eating flesh and simply being tired (lack of energy).

I’m not perfect, I still eat plants which has a soul but living on planet earth simply incurres some level of pain and suffering to life forms. Eating plant based incurres the least amount of violence and thus I personally prefer that.

Shoutout to all the #vegans on Thanksgiving today and those who did eat meat, I love you and know that you are loved my others as well, just eat some yummy greens for me today as my personal plate may not be as full as yours. #nostr
