Following on Nostr == I acknowledge that this account exists as opposed to I want to see notes from this account?
As far as functionality goes, it'd be nice to be able to say "I want to prioritize seeing notes interacting with these users"
But my initial thought here was really probably just the list thing perhaps only my client seems to be missing

Or apply a rate limit percentage to some of your follows who post a ton, but you still want to see, 43% of them show in your feed..
you can open their profile to see them all.
Even better the top x% of posts which have been up-voted/zapped
