I'm apparently an idiot...after living on a sailboat full-time for 6 years I can promise it did not lower my risk of cancer :)

Sun is the key to life! ☀️

Almost everything in moderation is healthy. Sun included. For most, the problem is not oversaturation of sun, but lack of it, while doom scrolling and soaking in LED and blue light.
