My biggest fear with AI and things like chatgbt at the moment is censorship and central players who have designed the AI models, much like google designs and curates its search. Any way around this that would also be adopted globally?

A generalised platform that democratises the ability to build AI and not be the product would be a good start. Open source qould be great.

AI is still so far out of a general persons reach.
state would censor the shit out of that though as we progress, and companies like Microsoft and google building these products is already automatic coordination with censoring/governments
