Honest question. What can I do even if I invest time to research and conclude this is true?

It almost feels like to me, almost independently from all this, I should focus on my health, financials, save in hard assets, exercise and sleep and eat well, care for my peace of mind and relationships, etc.

But I will not start a revolution.

What I can do is try my make my life better, with the choices open to me.

Does that make sense?

I guess I'm looking for a balance between interest in understanding the world and things I actually can do.
