That's just my knee jerk reaction to the synopsis. It looks like fear mongering psuedo-intellectual rhetoric designed for white supremacists who won't admit that the "moral decay" in black communities is a result of systematic oppression.
Larry Elder is a right wing talk radio host, and right wing talk radio is part of the media manipulation machine (that operates on both sides) and is not to be trusted.
"Those poor black communities have been infiltrated with Marxism! It's up to us to decide what is best for them because they don't know any better."
That's what this movie is about.
