Do you roast your own coffee?
No but I always ask my supplier the ratio of 80/20. 80% Arabica & 20% Robusta.

Sorry for asking but why robusta in the mix? What do you like about it?
I like premium roast. And with such mixture it gives a perfect blend. The Arabica coffee is milder and with aromatic taste and lesser caffeine while Robusta is stronger and higher caffeine.
