my mistake, missed the onchain part

No worries. Looking at the transaction the entire 15k has gone to the address and nothing has been deducted from the receiving address. Not on-chain anyway.

what reserve? i't a main-net transaction from one address to another. It doesn't say anything about 10% of deposits going into some sort of reserve

Lightning channels require a reserve so that the channel has enough fees to close once it’s depleted

He didn't open a channel yet though. He sent BTC from a BTC wallet to the Alby savings address which is not a lightning channel. It's the BTC wallet Alby pulls from when opening a channel
