Climate alarmists, whether they know it or not, support the idea that third world shouldnt have access to the very thing that led to the success of the west: cheap abundant energy.
These are usually the same people that will lecture you about racism.
Well, solar is cheap and abundant and clean. I think you skipped over the dirty nature of the cheap abundant energy the first world abused.
You can't run a modern economy on solar.
Much less generate the growth needed to improve your standard of living.
Maybe we will get there at some stage, who knows.
Micro generation on site + lower draw machinery + water batteries…I’m just saying it’s not as simple as “we grew now you’re f*cked” but yeah first world should be paying for that development imho
of course they should have access to cheap energy
just not the way the western countries did it, by burning fossil fuels
it's unfair to ask them to skip directly to clean energy sources to mend the west's mistakes, but there's only one planet; our planet (so far at least)
If western people just eat less in general, they can solve overfat and client change at once. Transportation also cost less energy because people are lighter.

if the west keeps on following it's own 'climate based policies', it won't be long until we're back where we started, alongside the rest of the third world...
