Don't ever let anyone tell you that having money means you're free from problems, or that your life is automatically smooth sailing. Because that's bullshit. Life dishes out shit no matter what's in your wallet. Maybe you don't have certain problems, but I promise you there are more problems just waiting to fill their spot. Exercise empathy no matter what, because tough times hits us all, and when it does, we all need some kindness and compassion. #musings

True, but being financially stable and prepared is like having good suspension on your car, you're still going down that rocky road, but many of those small to medium rocks will be softened. The big ones will still do damage though.
When you don't have that financial "suspension" life is a real bone shaker!
As I said, there are some problems you don't have to deal with, but other problems are lined up to take their place. The point is that money doesn't exempt you from the problems life throws at you. But what often does happen is that people don't show you any empathy or compassion because they erroneously believe that because you have money, you have nothing to complain about; that whatever problems you're facing are problems we should all be so lucky to have. But you're dealing with those problems, that bitter, resentful attitude can lead you to feel lonely and abandoned. It can feel like nobody has your back, or has any interest in throwing an arm around you and being supportive. And it really sucks.
