There is no alternate taco.

There is only taco and bad taco

But you know, like cheeseburger to america, taco to mexico, what's Canada's food?

Everyone else's bro. Canada too young to really have food culture of its own

Canadian Bacon ๐Ÿฅ“

Poutine out east

Maple syrup

Bannock, Pemmican

I hear pelican keeps forever. It it like jerky?

Yeah it keeps forever. Pemmican is a dried meat, we use bison. In the old way, it was pounded into powder and mixed with an equal amount of melted fat. Then it can be mixed with saskatoon berries, cranberries, and even cherries, currants, chokeberries or blueberries.

That sounds delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹

Yeah, itโ€™s tasty!

I'm going to look for it online. I am curious.

Nice! I find if I keep the dry and wet ingredients 1:1 it turns out best.

When I say wet, I mean the tallow.

Meh. Is just back bacon. Same pig diff cut. Maple syrup ain't food its sauce.
