*The demonstration iMac was glowing because of strong illumination from the podium shining through the iMac and mouse. I didn't know the unit itself didn't glow until much later. Also, total potato quality videos back then (trivia: it wasn't viewed in a web browser, but either downloaded and then viewed in QuickTime, or perhaps streamed in QT itself.

The Web didn't get video until about 2004 when Flash Player added video feature, and then in base HTML around roughly 2008.
