My family don’t, I have a large black family and they celebrate the hell out of Christmas but no kwanza.

I've never met anyone who celebrates Hanukkah neither, I'm sure they're out there just haven't seen em.
I partake in my in laws Chanukah celebrations. Yankee swap, latkes, menorah lighting.
That said it's not a high holiday so it's not nearly as big a deal as passover, purim, rosh hashana, or yom Kippur.
Mostly just an excuse to gather with family, eat food, and share gifts. And gamble if you bust out the Dreidl.
