Ha. Have given this some thought.
Step 1: Telemedicine grows.
Step 2: Integrate practice on lightning network.
Step 3: Move to ES.
Step 4: Learn to surf.
Step 5: While surfing get attacked by a shark, punch shark in the face, but be 😢 because the shark still makes off with my wallet.
