Running a few ribeyes through the Sous Vide. Put them in frozen and will SV them for 4 hours, then sear in a pan... got a bunch of flat iron steaks and chuck steaks I bought from a local rancher that I'm gonna SV and refreeze for the road.

Wow. 4h at 137° came out pretty good. A bit too well done with a 90s sear so next will b 4h at 134° and a 1m sear.
