Having a problem with nostr:npub1yzvxlwp7wawed5vgefwfmugvumtp8c8t0etk3g8sky4n0ndvyxesnxrf8q wallet.

I set up an account several weeks ago and they had changed my receive address without me knowing. Although I had put in my own wallet. I went to check my zaps and since I have downloaded this app my Sats are stuck there. I tried paying them to several different wallets with no success.

I have heard of others having this problem.

Yakihonne how do I get my Sats?

And can we change the code so this isn’t happening to other users.

I was able to zap most of it out of my yaki honne wallet with a different method. Very inconvenient. I’ll stick to Damus

You can just click send-> paste the lightning address you want it to receive and the amount of sats 🙏 Thats basically it.

It wouldn’t go through, I tried making invoices and doing urls.

And tried several amounts. But I’m glad I could zap it out.

This sounds an awful lot like the problem Pattern had with them recently. I can't tag him because he burned that sec shortly after it happened. The post is still there and his profile still comes up when you search him for now I think. They got very defensive in the replies because he used profanity.

Code is hard to write, so this seems pretty intentional. Kind 0 changing your lightning address, without permission. Hopefully it changes. But I won’t use it.

Hello there, glad to hear your concerns. We encountered an issue like this before, due to the fact we simplify wallet linking for new created account or through a pop up only when creating a new wallet. Rest assure we are doing this intentionally in any means. However, it seems that we will switch for manual linking for newly created users also. May I know did you use the mobile app exclusively or the web app also ? Thanks 🙏

Seems to happen to others also.

I downloaded the app, and did a nwc with my wallet, it had a green check mark for the nwc wallet and not for the internal wallet.

No I never agreed to or was asked to create one. I saw that my proper wallet was checkmarked and I didn’t think anything of it. Until I looked in my wallet and saw I had no incoming Sats. I then checked my receive address in a different app and it had been changed to the internal Yaki Honne wallet with a kind 0 or something.

I got my Sats out, I just think people need to be careful, including me. Was excited to try it.

Okay, so usually when you create a wallet while you don’t have a specified lightning address or you try to link a wallet you get the prompt below: , was it the case here?

I can’t recall it was a few weeks or a month ago. I wish I could be of more assistance. I just know it had a green check ✅ for the wallet that should have been zapped, but that wallet wasn’t receiving zaps.
