Like on one hand I appreciated that they come back into dishes. It's really fucking helpful. But at the same time, they're not doing it right, and 6 out of every 10 dishes comes out dirty than what's the fucking point.

Well if you are new you might not be in the position to tell them how to work, old established workers can be quite stubborn and resistant to learning

Of course, as you should but some people are just retarded and so used to a wrong way that they don't wanna adapt. Seen this so many times and it's frustrating
