Absolutely. I cook the beans with a little baking soda and that makes the skins slip off.... Then I reserve a little cookie water to add to hummus... Makes it really creamy 👌
My trick for ultra creamy … is to increase the ratio of tahini to beans … and plenty of lemon!!!
